Overview

Vero is a desktop application for planning, scheduling, and publishing creator content across supported platforms. By accessing or using Vero, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Use of the Service

You may use Vero only in compliance with applicable law and the rules of each connected platform, including YouTube, X, TikTok, Instagram, and Threads. You are responsible for the content you publish and for keeping access to your connected accounts current.

Accounts and Credentials

Some Vero features require permission to connect a third-party account. You authorize Vero to use the secure connection permissions needed to provide the publishing and account features you request. You remain responsible for the security of your devices and any third-party accounts connected through the product.

Controlled Beta and Pricing

Local Core may be offered free and invitation-only during the controlled beta. Beta availability and pricing may change with notice, and any paid offer is governed by the terms shown at checkout.

Some optional tools or third-party services may cost extra. Any included charges will be shown clearly at checkout.

Acceptable Use

Service Availability

Vero may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. Some functionality depends on third-party platforms and may be limited, delayed, or unavailable when those platforms change their rules or technical requirements.

Disclaimers

Vero is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, successful publishing to every platform, or compatibility with every workflow or operating environment.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vero and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for loss of profits, data, business, or goodwill resulting from your use of the product.
